New plugin LocaleSwitcher

Hi,

I submitted a new plugin on omeka.org named LocaleSwitcher. It provides
a view helper (to be used in your own theme) to display a locale
switcher on the public interface.
It's waiting for a review so it doesn't appear on omeka.org yet but you
can get it from https://github.com/biblibre/omeka-plugin-LocaleSwitcher

Thanks! It looks, though, like the urls in the links aren't getting properly created. Putting the code from the readme in my items/show.php file on a page like http://localhost/Omeka/items/show/288 links to http://localhost/Omeka/Omeka/items/show/288, so it gives an error with invalid controller Omeka.
