In case anyone was having trouble, there's a bug in the 0.9 release
branch where all select lists that display the names of collections
will only display the first 10 collections in Omeka. You can see all
of the collections if you view the collections page on the admin
interface, but they don't display in the select lists. I've attached
a patch against the stable-0.9 branch, which I'll be committing shortly.
