Dropbox not inserting collection_id

I've been working on the Dropbox plugin, and I ran into a bug that was
initially reported on the forums here:
http://omeka.org/forums/topic/dropbox-collection-metadata. It's a
quick fix and the attached patch is against Dropbox/trunk.

will re-package the plugin after I make some additional bug fixes.
