Towards a new version

Hi all,

I am starting towards a new version of the program so I would just
like to alert all those who are able to help with localization that a
little assistance will be needed in the near future and also to those
who have filed or will file bugs/feature requests to get these all in
or updated with detailed comments so they can be handled more easily.

Also, a very large thank you to those people who have donated to the
project financially, as well as to those who have done so through
their contributions of work.

Again, I urge those who are able to donate to this project so that it
can go forward more easily. It does not have to be a large amount, but
more people donating small amounts will really add up over time.
It all helps.
