Contributors: check information, please

Hi,

Can anyone who has contributed to OmegaT+ please check the information
in the "credits" section of the OmegaT+ page (http://
omegatplus.sourceforge.net/OmegaT+.html) for accuracy or any updates
needed.

If you want some of that changed to add new email, website, and so
forth please do not hesitate to ask.

Just making a little cleanup of webpages and want to keep this up-to-
date.
