Donations page

Hi all,

Some restructuirng of the OmegaT+ website has taken place. Basically,
to include a donations page with details of benefits that contributors
will receive. The next version is in progress.

This is a community effort, so please donate if you have not already.

Those who have already contributed will receive some level of benefits
listed on that page. I will get in contact with each of you with
details when the new version is near ready.
