Problem regarding calculation of omega plus from VCF file

Hello,

 While using VCF file as input in omega plus version 3.03, an error is occurring saying that there is no alignment file and it is not giving desired output. I have followed the example commands provided in github and tabixed and unzipped the file as well.Still it is not giving any output.

Can anyone help me in this regard or can suggest any alternative way as it is very cruicial to calculate omega valiue from vcf file for my masters research work.
