OmegaPlus -seed

Hi Omegaplus supports,

I am running Omegaplus to calculate omega value from my vcf files. But I don't know how to set -seed value. I wish you can give me some advise to help me understand it. thank you so much.

Hi Kai,

Just put a random number there... whatever, e.g. 193834. It is needed just in case you have missign data.
