Developer faces four-day hearing

The Matukituki Trust faces a four-day resource consent hearing this
month on its application to build a house on Roys Peninsula.

If consent is granted, the landowner intends to cancel Telecom and
Vodafone cellphone tower access agreements when they expire in 2015.
