Dear Sir/Madam,

In continuation to our earlier email and DO letter in respect of launching of Vittiya Saksharata Abhiyaan (VISAKA) Campaign by Higher educational institutions for digital economy,please find enclosed PowerPoint Presentation made by the Hon'ble Minister for HRD on 1st Dec 2016 to all the colleges. All the faculty members who are going to guide the student volunteers need to be fully conversant with the contents of this presentation before taking up their task leading the campaign in the institutions.

In view of the foregoing, you are kindly requested to guide your faculty members to make use of the information available in the Power Point Presentation made by the Hon'ble Minister for HRD for giving effective guidance to the student volunteers, so that the student volunteers can spread the message of digital economy under the banner Vittiya Saksharata Abhiyaan (VISAKA) Campaign by Higher educational institutions.
