AtValley Behavioral Health, we want to bring new and innovative alternatives and solutions to incarceration for individuals with mental illness. One alternative we have provided is the Jail Diversion Outreach Team (JDOT) Program. The JDOT program offers comprehensive, individualized services. This program pairs individuals who are considered seriously and persistently mentally ill (SPMI) to the resources and support they need while helping them live independently. Our jail diversion program focuses on clients with co-occurring disorders including mental illness, substance use, and criminal justice involvement to help with housing stability and quality of life.

The Jail Diversion Outreach Team (JDOT) offers comprehensive, individualized, and flexible services to those suffering from mental health, substance use, and/or dual diagnoses in addition to criminogenic risk factors. The mission is to provide individuals the resources and support needed to aid them in reducing recidivism and reintegrate into society to lead a healthy, stable, and independent life while learning to cope and manage associated symptomology. During the discharge planning process, mental health services coordinators at the jail will connect with individuals who qualify for the JDOT program. The team focuses on providing continued support through community-based services to help individuals succeed in everyday life

Too many adults in the criminal justice system suffer from mental health or substance use disorders. Our JDOT team works closely with the criminal justice system and hospitals to formulate intensive programs at discharge with the ultimate goal of reducing recidivism. Additionally, we strive to increase their housing stability and the possibility of a productive return to society.

Our fully integrated teams are highly specialized, compassionate, and extremely competent at assessing and resolving complex behavioral health situations wherever and whenever they occur. The JDOT team consists of an LCSW, APRN, RN, case managers, and mentors from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

We begin evaluation and treatment on location 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As patients make progress, we shift to skill development and independent living, with the ultimate goal of transitioning them to outpatient programs where they are less likely to experience a relapse.

Employers subject to DOT or USCG drug and alcohol testing regulations must submit their annual drug and alcohol testing data as required by their respective DOT Agency or the USCG. The annual drug and alcohol testing data being submitted for a specific calendar year is to be submitted by March 15th of the following calendar year.

If you submit the data via the internet, you are not required to submit a hardcopy. It is recommended employers have a copy of their data available (either hard copy or in electronic format) in the event an auditor or inspector requests a copy.

I need to call ShowDialog() on my Form without it actually displaying the dialog (keep Visible set to false). Unfortunately, there is no VisibleChanged event like there is on the full framework. I also can't override the the Visible property. The closest I can come up with is to override OnLoad and call Hide in a new thread (since the form's visibility is set after it is loaded). This is obviously a crazy hack (not to mention is looks really bad since you can see a form being drawn and then hidden on the screen) but I really can't seem to figure out another way to do this. Any ideas?

Edit: I need to call ShowDialog() because I'm working with a buggy third party library which only works when invoked within a form like this and in my scenario I have no need or desire for any UI. I've confirmed the bug with the third party but they don't currently have any resources to fix the issue so I'm stuck with some crazy workaround this.

So the only way I can get things to work is by using the library in a Form. Unfortunately I don't want to display a form in my application so I'm trying to use the form to appease the library but not display anything to accommodate my application. I'm open to suggestions.

Edit3: Sorry guys, I'm not intending to be vague I just didn't want to get lost in details that didn't seem relevant. The third party library captures images from a special camera hooked up via USB. The callback function gets fired with a couple different parameters to indicate the current status and image data from the camera.

It sounds like the third-party library is using Windows Messages for dispatching, though you're still not being terribly clear on what the actual problem is and seem to be too focused on the approach you have decided on, which I still think is wrong.

If the reason you need the control in a Window is becasue it is using Windows Messages for dispatching, then you can probably get around the issue with a MessageWindow to sink the messages or through your own calls to GetMessage/TranslateMessage/DispatchMessage.
