I’m pleased to attach February’s Highlights. This month we report on a recent on a recent EU Commission proposal to implement an EU-wide regulation to govern policy on offshore oil & gas activities; January’s Arctic Frontiers Conference in Tromsø; we look ahead to April’s AGM/EGM in Doha; we welcome new members of staff to the London office; Afren plc joins the OGP fold; and look at a new report entitled, Fitness to work.
