FW: Adobe FormsCentral: 4 powerful tips you can't do without.

Has anyone had experience with Adobe Forms?  Any thoughts on its quality?  Options for a better alternative?  I need to fix the forms on all of my Joomla sites.

Personally, I prefer using ChronoForms, however it does have a learning curve attached to it. I've also had good luck with RS Forms, although I do not feel like it has as much power as ChronoForms. I know Hazzaa has had a hand in another Forms extension. If he talks about form extensions on Monday, I imagine he will bring it up.

If you were not intending to integrate your form into Joomla, then it may be a great option. Complexity of the form itself is also something that would need to be considered. I am not a believer in a one size fits all mentality of forms, so I imagine that there are times to use each.

I know that did not directly answer your question, but seeing that Adobe Forms has a free trial, it may be worth checking out. Adobe products tend to be a little pricey, but if it can save you that much and more by not having to hire someone to build your form, it's worth it.

[Hazzaa]

Hi gang, sorry for my absence, been very busy
Ken is right, jvitals develops an extension called aiContactSafe
It's not as powerful as the ones mentioned by Ken but is powerful
enough for most forms and very simply to use
I'm not as familiar with ChronoForms or rsForms but I'm sure we can
give the pros and cons of the different extensions
I'll bring a laptop on Monday and hopefully Ken can help explaining
his preferred and I can give example of ours
Looking forward to seeing everyone there
