using internal grit tool to generate text string for UI

I see that we have internal grit tool.

But I wonder how to use it?

I can't give you specific instructions on how to use the Chromium GRIT since I don't know it either. 

People have requested the GRIT files for the project be upstreamed, so that they can run GRIT by themselves and localize their custom Omaha build.

The Google Update code shipped by Google uses GRIT as part of its internal localization infrastructure (hence the files are in internal/grit). This makes it challenging to open source the localization part of the project.
