What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open chrome after few seconds it closes automatically

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output - chrome will open and will not crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome - 35.0.1916.153
Windows 7 Enterprise
32-bit OS

Please provide any additional information below.
Basically chrome is not usable as of this moment.
