Students Stopping Trafficking of People's Annual Conference: Trafficked
Saturday, April 18th 2009, 10 AM - 4 PM at Georgetown University
Speakers include Michele Clark from George Washington University as well as representatives from Polaris Project, Not for Sale Campaign, Child Soldier Relief, Free the Slaves, Coalition for Organ-Failure Solutions, International Justice Mission, Shared Hope International, and more! There willl also be an NGO Fair during lunch time. The conference is free and open to anyone interested in learning more about issues of human trafficking and modern day slavery.
Although the conference is an all-day event, we recognize that this is a big time commitment, and welcome people to stop by for as much of the day as possible. Registration is necessary either way, as free breakfast and lunch will be provided. To register or for a schedule of the day's events, please e-mail: sstopconf...@gmail.com.
