ScaryAss food expenses

Hi gang,  I'm sorry for the delay on this ...

There are 5 receipts:

$137.39 - Costco (9/29/25). I lost it so they printed it for me - part of my delay.  This was an early purchase. Mostly candy and canned goods for chilli as well as 5 packages of chicken noodle which I got on sale!  Only two packages (16 cans) were used so there should be 3 packages (or 24 cans) available for the next event.  Maybe MegaFatAss.

$139.49 - Costco (10/20/25). The final chilli supplies that I could get there.  About $63 is a case of beer and N/A beer for the chopping party.  More than half went into the OTS coolers at the ScaryAss.  About $17 was for chips and artichoke also dip for the chopping party.  We had plenty of leftovers from UK's 50th bday party to share.

$57.17 - FredMeyer (10/20/25) The balance of food needed that Costco does not sell (e.g., jalapeno peppers, celantro,  fire roasted tomatoes, veggie broth)

$2.38 - GrocOut (10/23/25). We were out of OTRs supply of Cumin. Got two bottles.

$48.31 - Target (10/19/25) I bought a bunch of candy bags (almost 500).  They were on sale and its always a pane, last minute to find them so I'm planning ahead.

Total: $384.74

Extra notes:

• I was so happy to see that we had large paper cups and a box of spoons at the event.  I had brough my own personal supply as a backup but that gets a little messy.  I added a note to my ScaryAss bag of supplies to make sure I think of that for next year.  The supply of spoons was almost gone by the end of the event.
• We did not have a good supply of paper towels (only one and it got soaked). We need more.
• We did NOT have any hand sanitizer or an adequate supply of disinfectant wipes - I had to borrow from others.

Scott, if you are going to the white elephant tonight, a check would be preferred otherwise we'll figure it out another time.

Also, before I forget, I won't be available for MegaFatAss.  UK and I are traveling.
