Heritage Review Committee to Review Permit Applications

The Heritage Review Committee, a sub-committee of the Olympia Heritage Commission, has scheduled the following meeting to review two (2) building permit applications.

 

·       The first permit application is a proposal to install an accordion alcove gate at 301 4^th Ave E (corner unit) in the Rex Building. The Rex Building, constructed in 1915, is on the Olympia Heritage Register. The meeting of the Committee will be conducted on-site from 12 to 12:30 p.m.

·       The second permit application is a request to install metal siding on a residential structure in the Olympia Avenue Historic District, located at 822 Olympia Ave NE. The Committee will meet on-site from 12:30 to 1 p.m.

This is not a public hearing, however anyone who is interested is invited to attend to observe the meeting. If you need special accommodations to participate, please call 360.753.8314 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting, and ask for the ADA Coordinator.
