DOWNTOWN CONSTRUCTION NOISE

During the month of July, pile-driving activity will create noise in areas surrounding the construction project at 510 5^th Avenue. There may also be occasional traffic disruptions as construction equipment stages for off-loading onto the site. Work will take place between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with no activity scheduled during Lake Fair, July 11-15. The contractor will have appropriate staff on site to monitor and address all construction activity and any concerns related to public safety.
