DOWNTOWN CONSTRUCTION NOISE - UPDATED

During the month of July, pile-driving activity will create noise in areas surrounding the construction project at 410 5^th Avenue (Isthmus Project). There may also be occasional traffic disruptions as construction equipment stages for off-loading onto the site. Pile-driving work will take place between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturdays. The Contractor has agreed to no pile-driving activity during Lake Fair, July 11-15; other construction activity may continue during this time. The contractor will have appropriate staff on site to monitor and address all construction activity and any concerns related to public safety and flow of traffic and pedestrians in the area, additional directional signage will be installed in the area to ensure safe passage around the site.
