Heritage Review Committee to Review Permit Applications

The Heritage Review Committee, a sub-committee of the Olympia Heritage Commission, has scheduled the following meeting to review the following building permit application:

 

·       318 21^st Ave – Replace dormer siding, install new cedar window trim and corner boards. Owner/Applicant Tim Young. The meeting of the Committee will be conducted on-location from 12 to 12:30 p.m., July 16, 2018. The residence is located in the South Capitol Historic District.

This is not a public hearing, however anyone who is interested is invited to attend to observe the meeting. If you need special accommodations to participate, please call 360.753.8314 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting, and ask for the ADA Coordinator.
