Hi Eve,
In terms of the library's website - since this is a fundraiser and people have to pay to play, we can not promote this program on the library's website. The Timberland Regional Library Foundation website can (there is a link to this website from the www.trl.org website) which has the information posted below.
As to the Friends' website - the program is mentioned deep in one of my reports from several months ago - perhaps Elaine could make it more prominent and add a link on the Friends' home page?
