Membership Report - Friends of the Library Board - January, 2009
We now have 259 members. Jean Finely has been telephoning those who are overdue in paying their membership fee. If your membership is expiring this month you may renew your membership at the upcoming board meeting next Tuesday.
I sent the newsletters out by bulk mail last week and hope everyone has received their copy. Ross Lasater will be printing the book sale flyers soon and I will be sending them out early in the last week of January.
On an unrelated note: I attended the Puppets Please this past Monday as an emissary of the Friends Outreach Group. It was a delightful experience and I suggest that you all do so in the future if you get a chance. It really brightened my day to see so many terrific children, mothers, fathers and puppets. I believe this is a great use of our funds.
