Tacoma Contra Dance--we have a new dance hall!

Greetings, Dancers,

 

We will dance on February 16 at Normanna Hall, 1106 South 15^th St., Tacoma.  It is a wonderful hall, owned by the Sons of Norway. 

 

The band will be Anglerfish.  That’s Hayden Stern on five-string fiddle, Alex Sturbaum on mandocello, and Rae Eaton on standing bass.  The band is different—this is a deep dive into the wonders of low-toned string instruments.  Your caller is Joe Micheals, with his sonorous voice and wonderful teaching style.

 

Workshop at 3:00, dance 3:30 to 6:00.  There is plenty of street parking.  Mark your calendar, and we will see you there on February 16.  Cheers.
