Tacoma Contra Dance next Sunday

Greetings, Dancers,

 

Please join us next Sunday afternoon for wonderful music by W.B. Reid, Bonnie Zahnow, and Howie Meltzer on twin fiddles, 6-string banjo, and guitar.  Caller Eric Curl will put some zip in your step with fun dances to fend off the winter weather.

 

Our new venue is the Fircrest Community Center, 555 Contra Costa Avenue, in Fircrest.  The hall is large and has good ambience. 

 

Workshop for newcomers starts at 3:00, followed by the dance from 3:30 to 6:00.  Bring a friend or come alone, as we have plenty of singles.

 

Admission is $10 - $25 on a sliding scale.  That means pay what you can afford.
