Hey folks,
So, for the next few days I'm going to be need space for self care and really won't be able to do much for the Free Skool.
This is sort of problematic, I know, since the calendar isn't finished and the presentation isn't ready for Savvina's class on tuesday.
What I can do is provide info on what needs to be done.
-The calendar thus far is online on the freeskoololympia google account docs page. If you need the sign in info for that, let me know.
-Someone can pick up, or I can drop off the class proposal forms. And I can give you some notes on classes that are continuing for April that there aren't any proposals for.
-We still need art for it. The best way to do that is to print out a template of the calendar and have someone draw the art for it, then scan it in at a highish resolution save the image as a jpeg and just drag and drop it into the indesign file.
-I took the march calendar and divided components of it into layers, so it'll be easier to do the layout than it was. I can tell you how it works if want.
-Also, on the docs page is the email sign up list. If someone could print out copies of that and maybe put together something else as a hand out for the presentation. (Something with the mission statement and maybe descriptions of tasks that an "intern" can take on?)
-At the meeting maybe folks can discuss the archery class business?

I know I haven't been too much help with the calendar... always coming up
with some change last minute and pestering....
But I've got the resources to edit it, and so, if you would like me to I can
do that more or less right now. I don't have any resources to print it or
distribute it. But I can edit it.
However, I don't see where on the google group page the document section is.
Would you be able to just send it to me as an attachment? If you do that
would you also let me know what sorts of edits are needed along with the
artwork?
