Dynamic ajax updates.

Hi. My client has asked me to provide the capacity for the map to
update as the user scrolls about. This leads me to a couple of
questions.

1) How would I trap the users scroll action so that I can grab the
view-port coordinates and send them to the server for processing.
Ultimately two questions in one: how is the event trapped, and two:
How do I query the viewport extents.

2) Once I have these extents, and have a new set of datapoints, can I
just drop these into the <text> tag and ask olwidget to reinterrogate
them?
