The capture attribute takes as its value a string that specifies which camera to use for capture of image or video data, if the accept attribute indicates that the input should be of one of those types.
Note: Capture was previously a Boolean attribute which, if present, requested that the device's media capture device(s) such as camera or microphone be used instead of requesting a file input.
Make sure that you have any Capture related processes closed, a reboot should get you there. Find the active Capture.ini file, usually in the installation in tools\Capture and rename it. Start Regedit.exe, find the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OrCAD\CaptureWorkspace key and delete it and the subkeys that belong to it, then close regedit and see if that fixes things. Get the latest hotfix.
We had an XP machine running 16.2 fine. Installed 16.3 into a new directory and it wouldn't load. Removed everything, 16.2 and 16.3 then reinstalled 16.3. Still has the same problem, when I launch orcad cis the first time it never loads. I can see the capture.exe process running in taskmgr, it grabs 50% of the CPU and will hold that for at least several hours without ever fully loading.
Me too. OrCAD Capture 16.3-p008 was working fine. All of a sudden, when I loaded it again, I would get the splash screen. A moment later the splash screen would go away, but the program window never came up. On Windows 7 when I mouse over OrCAD Capture on the task bar, I would get a short window with the program name in it, rather than a thumbnail of the main window -- I think this means the main window wasn't created yet, much less displayed. Task Manager showed the program, but not as "Not Responding". The program easily exited from task bar close window option on popup.
It uses DNS and TCP 8883 to communicate to the MyQ servers. In Monitor>Logs>Traffic, I can see DNS traffic from the opener to 8.8.8.8 with return bytes, but no other traffic. In Session Browser, I see the 8883 traffic but hitting the Interzone Default policy. This is strange as other devices are on the same network/zone and working fine. In a packet capture of traffic from the opener, I see the 8883 traffic in the receive, transmit and drop stages.
By default the firewall will not log traffic hitting the intrazone-default policy, so you'll want to override that to actually enable logging if you want to log traffic hitting it. The reason the traffic is getting denied is likely because you don't have a matching security entry for this traffic.
Create a service object for 8883/tcp and use it to allow the traffic explicitly on your PA-220. See what app-id is identified (likely ssl) and then add said app-id to the entry you just created to allow the identified application over what will likely not be a default port.
I created a service TCP/8883 and applied it to a Security Policy with the garage opener IP and zone as the source, untrust as the dest zone, and this service. I cloned that for DNS, though I didn't need to. No changes to NAT policies.
I have a customer who is trying to perform a packet capture on a switchport. However, when they click the stop button or wait for the specified duration, they receive the following error message: "Failed to connect to server." Has anyone experienced this issue before, or could it be due to some block on the client machine?
We have tested various computers and browsers and it appears that there is an issue specifically with the Read-only account when using SAML. However, when we attempted the same operation with the admin account, they were able to initiate and download the packet capture successfully. We have a started a case for it.

Event Hubs is a time-retention durable buffer for telemetry ingress, similar to a distributed log. The key to scaling in Event Hubs is the partitioned consumer model. Each partition is an independent segment of data and is consumed independently. Over time this data ages off, based on the configurable retention period. As a result, a given event hub never gets "too full."
Event Hubs Capture enables you to specify your own Azure Blob storage account and container, or Azure Data Lake Storage account, which are used to store the captured data. These accounts can be in the same region as your event hub or in another region, adding to the flexibility of the Event Hubs Capture feature.
Captured data is written in Apache Avro format: a compact, fast, binary format that provides rich data structures with inline schema. This format is widely used in the Hadoop ecosystem, Stream Analytics, and Azure Data Factory. More information about working with Avro is available later in this article.

Event Hubs Capture enables you to set up a window to control capturing. This window is a minimum size and time configuration with a "first wins policy," meaning that the first trigger encountered causes a capture operation. If you have a fifteen-minute, 100 MB capture window and send 1 MB per second, the size window triggers before the time window. Each partition captures independently and writes a completed block blob at the time of capture, named for the time at which the capture interval was encountered. If your Azure storage blob is temporarily unavailable, Event Hubs Capture retains your data for the data retention period configured on your event hub and back fill the data once your storage account is available again.
In the standard tier of Event Hubs, throughput units controls the traffic and in the premium tier Event Hubs, processing units controls the traffic. Event Hubs Capture copies data directly from the internal Event Hubs storage, bypassing throughput unit or processing unit egress quotas and saving your egress for other processing readers, such as Stream Analytics or Spark.
Once configured, Event Hubs Capture runs automatically when you send your first event, and continues running. To make it easier for your downstream processing to know that the process is working, Event Hubs writes empty files when there's no data. This process provides a predictable cadence and marker that can feed your batch processors.
If you enable the Capture feature for an existing event hub, the feature captures events that arrive at the event hub after the feature is turned on. It doesn't capture events that existed in the event hub before the feature was turned on.
The capture feature is included in the premium tier so there's no extra charge for that tier. For the Standard tier, the feature is charged monthly, and the charge is directly proportional to the number of throughput units or processing units purchased for the namespace. As throughput units or processing units are increased and decreased, Event Hubs Capture meters increase and decrease to provide matching performance. The meters occur in tandem. To enable capture on an event hub with Azure Storage as the capture destination, or update properties on an event hub with Azure Storage as the capture destination, the user, or service principal must have a role-based access control (RBAC) role with the following permissions assigned at the storage account scope.
Event Hubs Capture is the easiest way to get data into Azure. Using Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure HDInsight, you can perform batch processing and other analytics using familiar tools and platforms of your choosing, at any scale you need.
Hey folks! I'm trying to play around with Screen Capture in Canvas Studio to give my new students a tour of our Canvas course, but anytime i try to record a screen capture it only records my desktop background, regardless of what apps or windows i have open on my screen. I'm on an iMac running Big Sur 11.1, i tried on Firefox and Safari. I downloaded the Screen Recorder as suggested and it seems to be running fine. I've messed with the few settings and preferences in the screen recorded and on Studio and can't seem to make any real changes. I don't what is causing this or how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks!
