ThisSlow Cooker Honey Jalapeno Chicken takes 3 minutes of prep and just a handful of ingredients making it perfect for weeknight meals. The honey and jalapeno combine to make the perfect mix of sweet and spicy.

The honey adds an extra dose of sweetness to the chicken and makes the sauce a little sticky as it cooks away in the slow cooker.

The prep work is pretty much nonexistent for this one. Place chicken in slow cooker, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Whisk together 4 ingredients and pour over chicken. Set to cook and walk away for 6 hours.

The chicken coats in the sweet and spicy sauce as it cooks and the honey caramelizes adding a yummy richness to the chicken. Serve with a simple green salad and Instant Pot Rice Pilaf (my other kitchen gadget obsession) to make it a ridiculously easy meal.

Crockpots are so versatile when it comes to making so many things! I love playing with classic flavors and turning them into something new and unexpected like this Crockpot Jalapeno Popper Chicken Soup recipe. The crockpot makes the best soup no matter what the recipe. That slow cook has time to really meld the ingredients together in a delicious symphony of flavors.

Into your crockpot place 1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken, seasonings, peppers, onions, and 3 cups of College Inn Chicken Broth. This broth is the key because every great soup begins with a great base. Layer in your favorite veggies, meats, and grains with College Inn broths and stocks for a flavorful bowl the whole family will love.

I recommend a larger crockpot for soups and stews. It really helps prevent spillage and messes. For this recipe, I would use a 5 qt Crockpot or larger. I have an older version of this Hamilton Beach Programmable Slow Cooker and I LOVE IT!

First of all this soup is incredible on its own. There is so much flavor in this one. Obviously, you want to top it with extra sour cream, cheese, bacon, and some sliced jalapeos. It is amazing with tortilla chips or some warm crusty bread like this homemade French Bread Recipe. YUM!

My motto, most days, is to work smarter, not harder. I try to balance too many things, and I love taking shortcuts when I can. This Crockpot Jalapeo Popper Chicken is one of our favorite dinners that I used to bake in the oven. But hey, why when it can go in the crockpot?

Thie recipe can easily be cooked in just about any crockpot. If you have a smaller crockpot or need less just half it! This recipe is super simple to adjust. I have made it in my casserole crockpot, and also my 6 quart crockpot and it has turned out great both times.

So many people are eating low carb and keto these days. If you are looking for low carb recipes, you are in luck! Just skip the bread crumbs, or go light on them. This recipe is perfect with some steamed veggies or a salad!

We have all been there. Forgot to turn on the slow cooker? Too late in the afternoon? You can put this in a baking dish and cook it at 425 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and enjoy.

Believe it or not, with all of the cheese in this recipe, I have made it dairy-free. There are so many dairy alternatives on the market now you can buy dairy-free cream cheese and dairy-free cheddar to make this just as delicious!

Add the chicken back to the crock pot along with light cream cheese and cook for another 30 minutes. The cream cheese melts to perfection and makes a delicious cream sauce to coat the chicken and beans.

Slow Cooker Jalapeno Popper Chicken Chili has all the great flavors of the beloved party dip without the guilt. Slow cooked chicken mixed with a creamy broth, white beans, and cream cheese! Not too spicy with just the right kick. Great for any day of the week. I like to serve my chili with homemade tortilla strips, a pinch of Monterey jack cheese, and diced avocado. Only 4 Weight Watchers SmartPoints for two cups!

The delicious flavors of fire-roasted green chilies, jalapenos, and ranch dressing marry together with boneless skinless chicken breasts for a Slow Cooker Jalapeno Popper Chicken dish the whole family will enjoy. This puts an entirely new twist on one of your favorite appetizers.

Recipe Source: adapted from Everyday Reading by way of Sweet, Treats and More by way of Cinnamon Spice (basically, I altered the amount of dry beans just slightly, used chicken breasts instead of thighs and adapted the method ever so slightly)

So, lets say you wait till noon do decide to make this. Could one just sub out canned beans for the dry beans? Or boil the beans for 15 minutes before adding them to the crock pot? I really want to eat this tonight! haha

I have made this chili twice and can not get the beans to cook through. The second time, I soaked the beans all night and let the cook for 8 hours on low. So disappointed because everything else is just perfect. What am I doing wrong??

I made this for my bunco dinner and it was a hit. I think I will add the jalapeno towards the end of cooking time since it had no spiciness to the soup. I want a more defined kick. I also topped with bacon (a must), chives, and cilantro. It was so good. going to make it again for sure.

I cheated on making this. I added 2 cans of beans, and baked the chicken then shredded it and put it in, in the end with the cream cheese, I added the corn in the beginning and let everything cook for about 30 minutes and an extra 15 with the chicken and cream cheese!

Jalapeno Lime Chicken Soup is a twist on the traditional chicken soup recipe This soup is loaded with fresh Mexican flavors, like, jalapenos, lime juice, cilantro, and salsa verde. With lots of protein from chicken and cannelloni beans and flavor, this soup is sure to be a new family favorite!

Start by mincing the onions, jalapenos, garlic, and cilantro in a food processor. If your food processor is small, work in batches.

Place all the minced items along with salsa verde, chicken broth, water, and chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Allow the chicken to cook on the high setting for 4 hours or the low setting for 7-8 hours. In the last 45 minutes of cooking, remove the chicken breast from the crockpot and shred using 2 forks. Add the lime juice along with the cannelloni beans. Add the chicken back into the slow cooker when 10 minutes remain. Season soup to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with sour cream, tortilla chips, additional limes, and fresh cilantro.

Good recipe, I added two chopped zucchini in the final 45 mins for extra veggies. I only used 4 jalapeos and I bought fresh tomatillos instead of the salsa to avoid the preservatives. I would recommend using all 5 jalapeos to have a little more flavor/kick. Thank you!

I just winged it and threw it in my instant pot! I did 1 hour 15 mins (but I also doubled the chicken) and it shredded beautifully! I probably could have done more like 40 mins, but I wanted to be sure the chicken was nice and tender!

My daughter is in the military and every time she comes home she begs me to make this for her. Anytime someone in the house is sick this is our go to recipe! Thanks so much for posting this recipe I am so glad to have found it!

After you saute the onion, garlic and jalapeno, place everything but the bacon and cream cheese in a 6 qt slow cooker and cook for 4-6 hours on high. Or 6-8 on low (depends on slow cooker). Remove the chicken and shred. Add back to the slow cooker. Stir in cream cheese and bacon pieces. Serve!

I made this soup for dinner tonight, and I have to say it was FANTABULOUS! I absolutely loved it! Thank you so much. I also cut up sprouted corn tortillas into triangles and fried them in Coconut oil and dipped them in the soup, they were a perfect pair for this soup. They would be great crumbled up and thrown in as well. I plan to make this soup often, especially since Fall has hit us here in Ontario. Thanks again.

I found this recipe on Pinterest, entered it in an annual Chilli cookoff & took 1st place. This is a stellar recipe; only change I made was cooking the bacon first & then using the bacon grease in place of the olive oil. I know, less healthy, but OH MY was it DELICIOUS!

Awesome recipe! Pretty much followed it to a T and it has the perfect amount of heat. If you wanted to make a lower fat version, you could certainly skip the bacon and it would still taste great. Very easy to make as well!

This was wonderful! I had a bunch of jalapeo I needed to use up and this did the job. I had cooked a pot of pinto beans and used those in place of the kidney. It was great. Definitely a keep at our house.

This was a lot of work prepping, im glad i did it a couple hours ahead of time. This chili was well worth the work though, i loved loved loved it, so yummy. Im definitely going to be making this for future guests, thankyou!

I have another delicious crock pot recipe for you to try this week. If you love our jalapeo poppers and our white chicken chili then you are going to love this Crock pot Jalapeo Popper Chicken Soup Recipe. This soup has all the delicious flavors of jalapeo poppers in a delicious soup to warm you up.

Grease your crockpot with cooking spray. Then, throw your vegetables in the crockpot with black beans, corn, rotel, chicken breasts, dry ranch dressing mix, red pepper flakes, and a few other spices. Mix this up, top with a package of light cream cheese.

After church, we have lunch, both girls go down for naps/quiet time, and I read in bed until about four-thirty (last week, it was Relish, a YA graphic novel about growing up with foodie parents. Made me want to eat out many times a week, grow a huge garden, and become a cheesemonger).

Everyone shows up with their offerings (we usually have someone bring rolls, someone bring a salad, and someone bring dessert), we eat, the children play, and the adults talk. Everyone leaves, we put the dishes in the dishwasher, the girls in bed, and voila. Easiest party-type thing ever.
