Dear friends and colleagues,

I have started my personal blog today, it is at

There is an issue regarding President Obama's plan to tighten US Cybersecurity.  This action will have a worldwide repercussion and an opportunity to raise US ICT industry well above the world's strength.   This really mean that the US economy will be less risky (due to cyber attack) and at the same time, it is an industrial development as well as a defense policy all in one.  I also view the move as a very pro-active move, as in the future, we really don't know what software codes are inside the PC that we use, and inside the thousands or routers that pass on our data.

The US Government has released a report on Cyberspace Policy Review.  Full text (pdf) is available online now.  The link is in the blog post.  Anyone depending on IT should read it.

Please feel free to share your ideas, comments and suggestions.
