We are due for a meeting next Thursday night.
We have the following things to discuss...
1. Karlie's stuff with Brian Smith as per below (We should invite
Brian to the meeting)
2. Walter Bender coming to town at the end of April. He's scheduled
for an informal meet and greet during our meeting next month, so we
should talk about that this month, including how to promote it.
3. Student Co-Ops are working on a better video chat program for the
XO, funded by NTID for its potential use in Deaf Ed. I'd like them to
show you what they are doing and solicit for additional contributors
(http://foss.rit.edu/projects/ovc)
4. At the LUG last month or so, there was a quick informal discussion
about bringing together all of the Open Sourcegroups together in a
kind of meta group a couple times a year to support each other and
work on shared goals or projects. It'd be great to have some
participants interested in that (Joe CHarles and Rob from the LUG for
example, someone from Pythonistas, the Intelock crod, etc) join us
this month so we could all plan to meet Bender together and then
perhaps set up a meeting/panel/event/get-together at FOSSCon.
Those are my thoughts.

If you give me details I can add this to the Lugor page and the Ubuntu
LoCo page for events as well.
