I recommend the following publication,

published by the OECD :

It can be read online for free.

Chart A9.5 for example shows the change between 2003

and 2013 in student performance and equity, based on

PISA score points.

According to this chart, Switzerland is doing well, even

though the performance of students has not improved

a lot, but not deteriorated.
