OLM Ministry Assignments For August, 2025

Good evening my fellow Ministers of the Word and Extra-Ordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist,

Please find attached herewith below copy of Lectors' and Extra-Ordinary Ministers’ of the Holy Eucharist assignment schedules for the five (5) Sundays of August, 2025. As is always the case, effort has been made to assign only those days or dates that specific ministers had indicated beforehand their availability. August has been a particularly challenging month as we have so many ministers who have advised their full or partial unavailability for service during the month due to vacation time or pilgrimage travel. Therefore, for ministers who are available during particular times of the month, please fully expect to receive an assignment at least twice during the month. If you are unable to serve on a particular date and time assigned to you,  it would be very much appreciated if you can find your replacement, under email or text advice to me. 

As per my advice to yourselves last month, to enable me to complete the release of the following month's (September) schedule by the middle of the current month of August, I am requesting any minister with a particular schedule request for September to please send me your request before the middle of August, in order for me to be able to incorporate your request in the September schedule. Any requests received past the deadline could not be guaranteed for inclusion in the schedule. 

Also, may I request everyone, most especially all Extra-Ordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist (EMs), to confirm their receipt of this email message and schedule. The Google group for EMs has now been updated with your respective email addresses. The Google group for the Ministers of the Word (Lectors) will in turn be updated soon.     

Once again, the Parish is grateful to all of you for your faithful performance of ministerial service. 

Please note that a copy of the schedule will be posted on the bulletin board, as well as in the sign-in folder, in the Sacristy.
