OLM Ministry Assignments for November, 2025

Good afternoon my fellow Ministers of the Word and Extra-Ordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist,

Please find attached herewith below copy of Lectors' and Extra-Ordinary Ministers’ of the Holy Eucharist assignment schedules for the five (5) Sundays of November, 2025.  I apologize for the slight delay in the preparation and delivery of this new schedule as I have been out ill these past few days. As is always the case, effort has been made to assign only those days or dates that specific ministers had indicated beforehand their availability. For ministers who have not previously indicated unavailability during particular times of the month, please expect to possibly receive an assignment at least twice during the month. If you are unable to serve on a particular date and time assigned to you,  it would be very much appreciated if you can find your replacement, under email or text advice to me. 

Once again, per my previous advice to yourselves, to enable me to complete the release of the following month's (December) schedule by the middle of the current month of November, I am requesting any minister with a particular schedule request for December to please send me your request before the middle of November, in order for me to be able to incorporate your request in the December schedule. Any requests received past the deadline could not be guaranteed for inclusion in the schedule. 

May I again request everyone to confirm their receipt of this email message and schedule.      

Once again, the Parish is grateful to all of you for your faithful performance of ministerial service. 

By copy to Tina Lanting, may I request that two copies of the schedule be printed, one to posted on the bulletin board in the Sacristy, and the other copy to be inserted in the schedule folder, also in the Sacristy, on which ministers would affix their signatures every time they serve.
