OLM Ministry Assignments for July, 2025

Good evening my fellow Ministers of the Word and Extra-Ordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist,

Please find attached herewith below copy of Lectors' and Extra-Ordinary Ministers’ of the Holy Eucharist assignment schedules for the four (4) Sundays of July, 2025. As is always the case, effort has been made to assign only those days or dates that specific ministers had indicated beforehand their availability. Please note again that it would be entirely possible for you to be assigned twice during the month. If you are unable to serve on a particular date and time assigned to you,  it would be very much appreciated if you can find your replacement, under email or text advice to me. 

Please note very importantly that I have now been requested to complete the release of the following month's schedule by the second week of the current month. That being the case, I would, therefore, request anyone with a specific schedule request for the following month to please send me their request by the first week of the current month to enable me to incorporate the request in the following month's schedule.   In other words, any schedule requests for August must be sent to me by first week of July.  

May I request you to please confirm your receipt of this email and the attached schedule.

Once again, the Parish is grateful to all of you for your faithful performance of ministerial service. 

Please note that a copy of the schedule will be posted on the bulletin board, as well as in the sign-in folder, in the Sacristy.
