OLM Ministry Assignments for September, 2025

Good evening my fellow Ministers of the Word and Extra-Ordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist,

Please find attached herewith below copy of Lectors' and Extra-Ordinary Ministers’ of the Holy Eucharist assignment schedules for the four (4) Sundays of September, 2025. As is always the case, effort has been made to assign only those days or dates that specific ministers had indicated beforehand their availability. For ministers who have not previously indicated unavailability during particular times of the month, please fully expect to receive an assignment at least twice during the month. If you are unable to serve on a particular date and time assigned to you,  it would be very much appreciated if you can find your replacement, under email or text advice to me. 

Once again, per my advice to yourselves last month, to enable me to complete the release of the following month's (October) schedule by the middle of the current month of September, I am requesting any minister with a particular schedule request for October to please send me your request before the middle of September, in order for me to be able to incorporate your request in the October schedule. Any requests received past the deadline could not be guaranteed for inclusion in the schedule. 

May I again request everyone to confirm their receipt of this email message and schedule.      

Once again, the Parish is grateful to all of you for your faithful performance of ministerial service. 

Please note that a copy of the schedule will be posted on the bulletin board, as well as in the sign-in folder, in the Sacristy.
