9 Story hotel on Powers and Olive Street?

Thank you all for coming to the community meeting last week.

 

I also added other community members that I thought might be interested on this issue.

 

Just to recap:

 

There are plans to build a 9 story hotel on Powers and Olive Street, is a “L” Shape lot that surrounds an apartment building on the corner of Olive and Powers- diagonally from the olive street community garden.

 

As far as we know, this a building being developed  as per right, that’s why nobody knew about it. Attached see notes from meeting.

 

 

If you can, please come to tomorrow, Tuesday, December 10^th, Community Board meeting, at 211 Ainslie Street at 6.30 pm that will be great. Also, I will forward a petition that we want to start getting people to sign on.
