Hi members,
My family has been holding 3 plots in ph1 since 2004. We didn't receive any satisfactory updates as we were outstation. Recently we were advised by the developer to pay the development n regn charges of about 10l per 4k plot. Are any of you considering this option. This is almost double what we paid for purchasing it?
