Hi,
I have a question about how blast is implemented in the decompose command. Is it only used to classify the node representatives? And if yes, is there a way to turn it off? I would like to use a different program for the classification and am trying to optimize the computer runtimes.

Thanks!

Cheers,
Christiane

Hi,

Please make sure you are using v2.2 (decompose -v).

That search is done to find outliers in final nodes, and it is important. You can turn it of with the --skip-removing-outliers flag, but you really shouldn't :)

Best,
