Hello all,
I am wondering if it is possible to run the q2oligo.py script and instead of using a taxonomic name such as "Synechococcus" would it be possible to use an OTU ID such as AY664005.1?

Hello,
You could try editing the taxonomy file (_tax_assignments.txt), where the word Synechococcus is changed by AY664005.1
