Path/module problem (?) causing 'decompose' to quit

had been running in screen session. 


So, the bulk of the analysis has been done; is there an easy way to get it to start at the figure generation step? I don't know how to run the standalone scripts using the metadata.

The long term solution is 'learn R', I know.

Hi Hilary,

I don't know why heatmap.R is not in the path. It should be in a proper installation. If you look at the help menu of that script once you locate it, you will see it is pretty easy to use it as a standalone script with your metadata file :)
