Itried =oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1#productDetails4 which one mentioned on -by-step-guidance-on-setting-up-caller-id-feature/1023 and got 2 devices from them. But I have failed to make them working through putty. I believe there has issue with driver that they have provided. None of them is finding the modem. They are just showing on windows device manager different driver name. This is not matched with -by-step-guidance-on-setting-up-caller-id-feature/1023. Today I called them and they just refund my money.

Totally wrong advice - the modem I suggested for 29.99 works perfectly fine. There is no need to purchase these overpriced caller ID hardware like comet. I know many people on this forum use cheap USB modems without issue. I have installed many myself as well.

It is important to note that on 3095 (not easy to get these days), you must update the driver with the installer on the included CD. For the newer 3095A, the installer does not update the driver properly in Windows 10, but you can update the driver via device manager and just point the location to the folder containing the drivers.

For the UK, with BT and any BT wholesale landlines (pretty much everything except Virgin Media) use a different Caller ID standard, and that is only supported on a limited number of modems sold in the UK.

If the driver listed is not the right version or operating system, search our driver archive for the correct version. Enter Zoom 3095 into the search box above and then submit. In the results, choose the best match for your PC and operating system.

Purchased new HP laptop and the pinch zoom is driving me insane, old laptop had an option to turn off via the Settings for the mouse/touchpad under device settings. No device setting tab can be found under the mouse settings or advanced settings, let alone a check box to turn off. HP support centre chap said it is no longer an option available but that seems wrong!!!!

In replying to your question, the IT folks are just telling you how you would turn off pinch zoom if the option to do so were still present. They don't seem to realize that for many users IT'S NOT THERE ANYMORE. It's been removed as a configuratino option from the touchpad settings. I have the same problem. The pinch zoom was driving me nuts and there is no longer any way to turn it off. I tried for weeks to find a solution. I even found some instructions on how to disable it in the Windows Registry but that didn't work either.

Most of the time pinch zoom was causing headaches was when I was browsing the internet. I use Chrome as my browser so I found and installed a Chrome Add On named Zoom Block that disables automatic zooming in Chrome. (Note that you can still zoom when you want to by clicking a Zoom button the extension adds to your browser's toolbar. If you use IE/Edge, Firefox, or etc. check to see if there's a similar extension for your browser.

I had this problem, and was driving me crazy but you can fix it by going into the start menu, seach for Synaptics Touchpad App. Then you can find the settings and turn off pinch Zoom etc. UPDATE There is still a bug, in that Even once you turn it off, it still zooms in sometimes and messes up FB. So turn off 2 finger scrolling, turn on Chiral 1 finger scrolling, (which means moving your finger in a circle.) there is a little settings symbol, scrolling with the arrows is also a solution.

My computer called the Touchpad device an Elan Touchpad - so I searched for that on the internet. I first downloaded/installed a new Elan Touchpad driver, but that did not add a disable button under windows device settings.

Then I searched for Elan Touchpad again and found a control panel/settings program on the Microsoft store and I downloaded/installed that successfully. Then if I bring up the Elan Touchpad Settings Program from the Windows Programs - I can configure the Touchpad to disable all those 2 finger gestures - such as annoying for me pinch to zoom feature. I don't know if I really needed to update the driver first or not.

I have a brand new HP Pavillion B&O laptop - zoom is driving me crazy but when I follow online suggestions to disable, I get as far as selecting the touchpad, but there is no option relating to zoom - please help! If I can't fix this, I will be returning this laptop as it's impossible to work with right now!

Try going to Settings then Touchpad then Additional Settings (on right), then Settings (in mouse properties window) then Gestures and then unclick Pinch Zoom. Hope this helps. I have an HP pro laptop and use Windows 10 and Chrome.

The ADM3095E is a 3.0 V to 5.5 V, 2.5 Mbps, RS-485 transceiverthat features up to 42 V ac/dc peak bus overvoltage faultprotection on the RS-485 bus pins. This device is designed towithstand overvoltage faults, such as short circuits directly to powersupplies, and overvoltage faults, such as 24 V ac suppliesconnected in error to the RS-485 A and B bus pins. TheADM3095E is an RS-485 transceiver that integrates IEC 61000-4-5Level 4 surge protection, allowing up to 4 kV protection onthe RS-485 bus pins. The device has IEC 61000-4-4 Level 4electrical fast transient (EFT) protection up to 2 kV, andIEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 electrostatic discharge (ESD) protectionon the bus pins, allowing the device to withstand up to 15 kVon the transceiver interface pins without latch-up or damage.

This device has an extended common-mode input voltage rangeof 25 V to improve data communication reliability in noisyenvironments over long cable lengths where ground loop voltagesare possible. The combination of extended common-mode inputvoltage range, overvoltage fault protection, surge protection, EFTprotection, and ESD protection make the ADM3095E acompletely integrated electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)protected RS-485 transceiver.

The EVAL-ADM3095EEBZ can be used for easy evaluation of the ADM3095E RS-485 transceiver with Level 4 IEC electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and full 42 V supply fault protection. Screw terminal blocks provide convenient connections for the power and signal connections.

The EVAL-ADM3095EEBZ is easily configured through jumper connections. Jumper connections can enable or disable the RS-485 driver and receiver. Two power supplies, one supply for the VIO logic supply and one VCC supply for the RS-485 driver/receiver, can power the EVAL-ADM3095EEBZ. When powering with only one power supply, the ADM3095E VIO and VCC pins can connect with a convenient on-board jumper. In addition, test points are included for all power and signal lines.

VTScada should work with any standard voice modem. Though we cannot guarantee the compatibility of third-party modems across all Windows operating systems, our engineers have provided the following comments on modems that they have used or have been used by our customers. We have no relationship with these manufacturers.

Zoom V.92 56K USB Mini External Modem - Model 3095

Tests in February 2020 indicated this device works with the current Windows 10 driver from the ZOOM website. This device has been discontinued but may still be available second hand from sites like eBay.

The good news is that you can now move beyond this hardware and take advantage of the benefits of VoIP without going through the internet. Version 12.1 allows you to use an analog telephone adapter (ATA) or your existing VoIP phone system to send voice alarm notifications to operators.
