MIT license for our Squeak activities

Hey guys,

We were thinking of using the BSD license for the activities before but
I prefer the MIT license because it is just as permissive but easier to
read. The BSD license is just confusing to read and doesn't really
explain what uses it allows.

If no one has an objection let's go ahead and use the MIT license.
