Hello all! For those of you who have tried to contact me in the last 2 months and have received a reply from someone else I am happy to let you know I have returned to work. I have been on maternity leave and have recently returned back to work. Since being off things have pretty much stayed the same, which is neither good nor bad!! I am sending you this email with a few stats from the current year. I am sending this to let you know what has been going on in your area and the surrounding areas, as well as to let you know if you need anything from me please feel free to email or call me. I am here for you. Since January 1, 2012 until today these are the major crime problems in your neighborhood.
Neighbors United & Ole Asheboro Area
· 1/4/12: 604 E Lee St, Lees Curb Market: Larceny: Delivery driver was unloading his vehicle when someone entered his vehicle and took his money bag containing several thousand dollars
· 1/5/12: 916 Reid St: Robbery: The victim admitted he had a drug problem and was attempting to buy drugs from this location when he was robbed
· 1/11/12: 622 Broad Ave: Larceny: The victims lawn ornament was stolen
· 1/11/12: 1506 S Benbow Rd: Vandalism: A window was broken out of a vacant house
· 1/13/12: 707 Martin St: Burglary: Someone cut the padlock to the victims basement and cut all the copper piping from under the residence
· 1/15/12: 707 Martin St: Larceny: Someone struck the victims residence again and this time stole the copper around the A/C unit
· 1/20/12: 810 Julian St: Larceny: The victims lawnmower was stolen
· 1/21/12: 1024 Pearson St: Vandalism: The victims kitchen window was broken out
Now for the crime immediately around your neighborhood for the same time period:
· 1/19/12: 609 Martin St: Burglary: The suspects broke the victims basement door and took all of the copper piping
There were numerous arrests for drugs and prostitution in and around the Neighbors United and Ole Asheboro Area. There was also a prostitution “sting” conducted last week during the nighttime hours where 14+ women and men were arrested for prostitution.
There have been NUMEROUS traffic stops both in your neighborhood and around it resulting in citations and a few DWI’s.
