This email is a followup to our previous telephone correspondence regarding the Market Study that the City of Greensboro is conducting on the MLK North Redevelopment area of Ole Asheboro.  The City of Greensboro has selected Teska Associates to deliver the market study and they will be in town on March 14^th to conduct site analysis that will be incorporated into the market study.  They would also like to meet with 4 to 5 key neighborhood officials and residents to get feedback that is essential to the effectiveness of the overall market study findings.  I am tentatively scheduling a meeting at the Ole Asheboro Fire Station for March 14^th at 6:30 pm.  Please distribute this to 4 to 5 key members of the community that you feel can be instrumental in aiding the City in delivering the final Market Study Report.  Also, let me know the members of the community that will be participating so that I may include them in my records.

 

Teska Associates has also created an online survey that we would like your assistance with distributing throughout the entire community.  Please forward it to anyone that you feel can provide valuable information that is also needed for the completion of the study. The link to the online survey is listed below.  Feel free to distribute it to all community residents because we would like as much participation and feedback as possible.
