Estimados, usen sus redes para recordar que todos deben llevar su Carnet de Identidad de lo contrario no pueden firmar. Sólo pueden firmar como socios los mayores de 18 años. Si hay un menor de 18 años debe ir con su padre o madre para que firme como socio. Si no puede que no se preocupe porque firma la ficha y lo hacemos socio después. Lo más importante es que vayan muchos, asegúrense de eso por favor

Ok, ahí va la versión definitiva con todas las observaciones de Nubia corregidas.
Lo del Director Adjunto no es necesario porque lo sacamos y lo nombramos internamente después no más y se acabó

Envío el documento con los comentarios para las modificaciones.
Lo único que también hay que agregar es que me parece que habría que definir, en la sección de "directorio", un artículo o un inciso, una definición de "director adjunto" y cuáles serían sus funciones. para que quedará claro , en los estatutos, cuál es el rol del mismo para el directorio.

Estimados:
Les escribo para enviarles las rectificaciones que realizó la ministro de fe (Nubia). Hay unas sin relevancia sin embargo hay unas bastantes importantes:
1) Los socios honorarios no pueden ser del directorio ni tampoco tienen derecho a voto.
2) El directorio debe ser número impar
3) El presidente debe ser escogido por el mayor número de votaciones en la asamblea de socios y no por la elección del directorio.
Estas modificaciones, a mi entender, deben ser realizadas para mañana. Esto para que no sean objetadas por el IND posteriormente. Luego de aquello, es decir cuando se apruebe por el IND nuestros estatutos, podríamos modificar los estatutos.
Eso por el momento.
