I tried many times already but simply could not go ahead with registration online. They do not accept my submission of the CI in pdf format. I will have to give up. 

Please accept my apologies, and kindly follow up on my behalf.

As of now, the registration can be open for October 10, 2018 at 1430.

(I have tried to register for 30 people).
