I have amended the date to "Mar 10, 2018", although I don't think there is confusion on "2018.03.10" when the year is put in the front.

Regarding the website, since it is part of the Letterhead, I cannot delete it.  Instead I suggest we try to activate our website in the near future.

the date can be reformated to march 10. as 03.10 can mean march or october.
