The Group will be walking through targeted areas for an hour starting
at 2434 St. Paul Street at Midnight on Friday, 10/12/2012, joined by
Officer Bill O'Donnell.
We will be recording license plates of suspected customers of
prostitution per the training we received from Officers Gibson and
O'Donnell in July and August, and we will be reporting any illegal
activity we observe.
Major Tapp-Harper has ordered an increased number of patrols in the
targeted areas and the Vice Unit continues to make arrests as a result
of planned stings.
Please join us to show that we are ready, willing and able to stand up
for peace and safety in our neighborhood.
Stay tuned for 4-8 am walks which will begin as soon as I can arrange
for Police Officer coverage. I have heard from 4-5 of you already
that you would be willing to walk early.
