Commodore SR-36/37 rear label

Hi All,

Would anyone have a Commodore SR36 or 37? Does it have a rear label? If it does, please could you post a fairly high res image of the label? I'd like to create a rear label for mine. It looks fairly common that the 36 doesn't have a rear label, but I can't determine if they were produced that way or, for some reason, everyone always peeled them off! Happy if you wish to obfuscate the serial number.
